MINOR WASTEWATER DISCHARGE REPORTED TO EPD:

DATE OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Friday, November 25, 2022

REPORT SUBMITTED: Monday, November 28, 2022

LOCATION OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Pooler Water Reclamation Facility located at
1091 S. Rogers St., Pooler, GA

CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: Surge of foam development in the aeration basin.

ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: Estimated less than 4000 gallons of foam.

RECEIVING WATERS: NO WATERS OF THE STATE WERE IMPACTED

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: Foam was neutralized with de-foamer and foam
overflow was collected with vac-truck.

SPILL STATUS: Foaming issue is no longer happening.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN TO PREVENT FUTURE DISCHARGE: Monitoring
of foam growth and more frequent utilization of de-foamer when conditions indicate
possible growth.
