The City of Pooler Development Authority is excited to introduce the Main Street Façade Grant Program, designed to enhance the appearance and economic vitality of Pooler’s Main Street corridor. This initiative supports local businesses in improving their building exteriors, storefronts, and signage to align with the Main Street Overlay District standards and the Main Street Master Plan recommendations. By revitalizing commercial properties, the program aims to:
- Retain and attract businesses
- Improve the corridor’s aesthetics
- Boost foot traffic and business utilization
- Strengthen the area’s economic vitality
- Eligible businesses can receive up to $10,000 in grant funding to assist with exterior improvements. A minimum 50% match is required from participants.
