Cause of Discharge: Broken air relief valve

Corrective Action Taken: The broken air relief was replaced with a new air relief and affected soil was neutralized with lime.

Spill Status: Corrective action completed. No further discharge occurring.

Corrective Action Taken to Prevent Future Discharge: Broken component replaced.
