Notice is hereby given that the City of Pooler will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia 31322. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on initial suggestions and feedback regarding the development of the Capital Improvement Element, which will be incorporated into the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Capital Improvement Element is required by the State of Georgia to be adopted prior to the implementation of an Impact Fee Ordinance.
