The City of Pooler will hold a Public Meeting on March 25, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor Training Room at City Hall, 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia 31322 for the purpose of discussing the Capital Improvement Element, which will be added to the Comprehensive Plan in order to adopt an Impact Fee Ordinance. If you are part of the development community, such as builders, developers, real estate agents, or interested members of the public, please consider participating in the Capital Improvement Element/Impact Fee Stakeholder meeting.
