The City of Pooler’s Mayor and City Council welcome comments, concerns, and other matters of importance from the public. To help ensure an efficient and responsive communication process, members of the public are encouraged to submit feedback, questions, and requests through this form. The Mayor, City Council, and City staff may also be contacted by phone at (912) 748-7261 or by email through the staff directory at pooler-ga.gov.

Service requests and concerns may also be submitted through the Pooler Connect mobile app or the contact form on the City’s website. Comments that are personal, abusive, irrelevant, or outside the City’s authority may not receive a response. Depending on the nature of the submission, additional information or supporting materials may be requested.
