Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Pooler, GA are holding a Council Workshop on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss a Zoning Map Amendment for the Jabot PUD, proposed Ordinance O2024-09.C – Appendix A – Zoning, Article II – Definitions, and Table 4.1 – Allowed Uses by Zoning District and Appendix B – Subdivisions, Article V – Design Standards, Section 702 – Preliminary Plan and Section 7-3 – Final Plat, Performance Bond, To Provide Provisions Related to Single Family Build to Rent Communities, and any other items that may appear on the regular meeting agenda. The Workshop will be held prior to the City Council Meeting at Pooler City Hall, US Highway 80 SW, Pooler, GA 31322. While members of the public are invited to attend, there will be no public comment.
