The 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season spans June 1 to November 30. Given that Pooler is located just 30 miles inland, it’s crucial for all residents to be prepared. This event will cover:
- General storm preparedness
- Evacuation zones, protocols, and resources
- Local shelter operations
Join us to learn essential strategies for preparing for storm surge, tornadoes, evacuations, and ensuring your safety. There will also be a Q&A session and safety kits available. We look forward to seeing you there!
