LOCATION OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Manhole located at 179 Village Lake Dr.
CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: The cause of the discharge was a hydraulic overload of the system caused by TS Debby.
ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: Estimated less than 5,000 gallons.
RECEIVING WATERS: Drainage ditch contiguous to the City’s storm water system.
CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: System was pumped down and Vac Truck was utilized to clean the area and recover some of the contaminated stormwater.
SPILL STATUS: Sewage is no longer leaking
