Robert Forrest with Forrest Places LLC will hold an open house on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Pooler City Hall, located at 100 US Highway 80 SW, Pooler, Georgia. The open house is being held to provide attendees with details regarding the proposed large scale multi-use development including:

Referred to by the applicant as “The District”, it is to be located at the intersection of Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Road, on the 100+ acre property (parcel #51023 01001A). Project representatives will be present at the open house meetings to answer questions regarding the proposed development. Educational materials will also be available at the meetings.
The open house meeting is being held at the request of Pooler City Council, in advance of its consideration of the proposed development.
