Public Stakeholder Meeting | Capital Improvement Element – March 25, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the City of Pooler will hold a Public Stakeholder Meeting on March 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the second floor Training Room at City Hall located at 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia 31322, for the purpose of discussing the Capital Improvement Element, which will be added to the Comprehensive Plan in order to adopt an Impact Fee Ordinance. If you are part of the development community, such as builders, developers, real estate agents, or interested members of the public, please consider participating.
