Notice is hereby given that the City of Pooler will hold public hearings on Monday, April 20, 2026, for the Comprehensive Plan Capital Improvement Element and the Pooler 2046 Comprehensive Plan Update drafts. These hearings will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia 31322.
A Capital Improvement Element must be adopted in accordance with State of Georgia requirements prior to the implementation of an Impact Fee Ordinance. The purpose of these hearings is to receive public comment on both items. Drafts have been posted to the City’s website at Pooler-GA.gov/CompPlan. Questions may be submitted in advance using the form available at the bottom of that page.
