The City of Pooler, Georgia will host a Public Hearing for the Pine Barren/Pooler Parkway Intersection Improvement Project on December 19, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Pooler City Hall, located at 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia. A formal presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m., detailing the project and outlining the planned improvements. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. Exhibits will be on display for review, and project representatives will be available to answer questions.
The Pine Barren/Pooler Parkway Intersection Improvement Project aims to enhance traffic flow and safety by widening and reconfiguring lanes over a stretch of approximately 1,285 feet west of Pooler Parkway to 1,750 feet east of the intersection. Additional upgrades will include signal modifications to improve traffic management.
