Town Hall Meeting | Short-Term Rentals – July 2, 2024

Join the conversation! Our Mayor and City Council invite you to a second town hall meeting to discuss short-term rentals in our community.

What are short-term rentals? Short-term rentals are properties, often homes, that are rented out for short periods, typically through online platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. They may also be known as short-term vacation rentals (STVRs).

Why are we holding this town hall? We’d like to hear from you! This follow-up forum is another opportunity for residents, property owners, and anyone interested in the topic to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns about short-term rentals in Pooler.

What will be discussed? The impact of short-term rentals on our community, draft ordinance changes and guidelines for short-term rentals, and your questions and concerns. We encourage you to attend and make your voice heard! You can view the most recent ordinance draft here.
