LOCATION OF MINOR DISCHARGE: Manhole at 105 Puttenham Xing

CAUSE OF DISCHARGE: The cause of the discharge was an electrical service
disruption at Lift Station.

ESTIMATED DISCHARGE: 2,250 gallons

RECEIVING WATERS: Adjacent retention pond contiguous to the Little
Ogeechee Pond, a tributary of the Ogeechee River.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN: The electrical service to station was restored.

SPILL STATUS: Discharge is no longer leaking.

CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN TO PREVENT FUTURE DISCHARGE: Second
layer of power monitoring is being installed to detect partial electrical disruptions.
